Even with 1.6, the SE still rocks since the build is R.O.C.K Solidddd ! Not like Samdung's crappy updates which f***'s you from behind all the time..Jai ho...Xperia :)

So will this roll out to all phones on different carriers at the same time? Or do we now have to wait for Orange/Voda etc to do their own testing/butchering?

No wonder Sony Ericsson lost the top 5 spot, it has no concept of what is important. The phone who can always comes out first with the latest android version roll-out wins.

Only in companies where politics is very strong you find this kind of disarray and lost of focus.

OS version for x10 have been like the the Benjamin Button movie lol. They are born already old. The only difference is that it actually never gets better.

The sexiest android but with an old software. Well 2.1 is better than nothing. After the update I will use it until the nexus 2 come out. I'm sick and tired to see other version while I'm stack up with an old 1.6 or 2.1

Mine went for repair on Vodafone for the 3rd time! I might get a switch, i think i dont want Xperia 10 back since it wont get much than 2.1, and staying with a new phone, that wont be updated for a long time after this 2.1??? No way!!!
