I see that alot of people here are wannabe social specjunkies without knowledge. There is not a single phone in the world that uses over 300MHz unless you are watching HD video all the time or multitasking 10-11 apps at the exact same time. 800MHz on a phone is already overkill as it is, and the 1GHz excess processors are just there so you d*umb phonespec posers will have something to go oooooo and aaaaa over when you are conned into buying new phones every 6 months.

B.S! There was never a processor 6-7 times faster than the previous generation processor. BTW, by the time Anzu hits the market, LG (at least) will have a 1 GHz dual core processor smartphone, capable of 1080p recording, with Gingerbread.

> In reply to Emokid @ 2010-11-17 12:41 from x{@5 - click to readYeh, like the HTC Desire Z has 2nd Gen 800MHz Processor and the Desire has a 1st Gen 1GHz Processor but the Z still topped it out and benchmarked ALOT quicker, you can even check this on the Desire HD Review: Most Wanted on Pg3, but if they went with a 2nd Gen 1GHz Processor it would be the only (speed wise) phone to compete with the Desire HD

Its about time S/E got some high stuff in their portfolio their has been nothing for a long while..My concerns are these;

I ts say should come with froyo ,,that should does come with froyo.

It says should be ugraded to gingerbread ,,should be upgraded to honeycombe more like.

Should be capable of hi-def 720p video..should say comes with 720p video recording but should be capable of 1080p video recodrding.

Remember this is a 2011 smartfone and things will be normal in the first half of 2011 such as gingerbread/720p and 12 MP camera.

Come on S/E YOU NEED TO CATCH UP AND THEN ALSO GO AHEAD A BIT TO SURVIVE.The other thing is the thiness 8.7mm does seem achievable but it also makes it flimsy due to the minimum requirements for battery and camera module,,i mean its going to be be a long wide device and taking in to account you need some strength and judging by THe e72 which is aluminium and thats twisty i think they need titanium ,,carbon fibre at that thinness might be not stiff enuf.

To sum up at 8.7mm thinness you have to get the battery plus two walls into that.Battery is about 5mm leaving 1.85mm for the two walls(housings/cases)which might be strong over the legth and width but i think the camera housing will have to jutt out like the sammy x820 or nokia N8..HMM altho i do trust s/e engineers to do this they DO NOT wamt another flop on their hands...BRYNN..
