mir, 01 Oct 2016Time to replace the Note line with a better one. That would make the incident seem even worse, so would discounts or anything like that. They're better off doing what they are doing. Analysts largely agree. They're better off resolving it and moving on. For example, the issue escalated not when phones blew up, but when Samsung issued a recall. Samsung's actions have a big impact, anything they officially do that suggests a product is compromised or needs to be forgotten or buried will not be taken well.
