I'm dying for the update to come. Still not here in the UK
What's wrong with lenovo
Anonymous, 02 Mar 2017UK and still waitingSame here. In Australia.
Out of curiosity I just visited Motorola UK's support page. Lenovo did not even bother to add G4 to the list of phones on their Software Updates page. Obviously their main focus now is on selling G5s. Until G6 is released. So in order to get the latest system we have to buy a new phone every 6 months?! Well, thanks, but no, thanks. It'll be cheaper to get an iPhone.
Giving up on get nougat 7 on the g4 plus even Samsung have got there up date out , sadly Motorola are not the company they were , Hello Nokia
nondefinitive, 02 Mar 2017Well, it's already March and I'm still on 6.0.1 on my G4 in Poland. When I was buying my phon... moreThat was exactly the reason I bought a g4 last summer - a promise to get an imminent update to 7.0. However, I'm still on 1 July 2016 patch level! I probably moan too much about this, but the security of my phone is my main concern. Not that Lenovo would give a monkey's. They got their revenue from the sales and it looks like that's all that matters to them. Well, Lenovo, with your appalling customer service you soon may be in for a surprise.

When I was buying my phone 6 months ago I was informed that 7.0 is just around the corner and coming soon. Well it's half a year later and still on old build.
