I hope sony doesnt desert the x10 just yet 2.2 would be Fantastic on the x10. But, for what its worth, SE tech support here in Australia, told me about 2 weeks ago another update for the x10 "has not been taken off the table. " We shall see.

I think this is all a mistake. I rather think the update mentioned is the 2.1.2 update. That was originally planned for Q1 2011.

But who knows, I still hope that the rumors are true and we will receive the 2.2 in Q2.

lost faith in SE, the fact they are considered a partner to google as we saw in google io 2010, but they are way behind.

> In reply to x10 user @ 2010-12-07 15:09 from IBDn - click to readYeah, I havent heard from Moto these past few months. The last they have is DROID X, am I right? Well as of SE, there are lots of things that will happen on the future. I hope they will work now on 2.3 or even 3.0 next year Q2, not on Froyo. Even the PSPhone is on Froyo that will be released or unveiled before holidays start. Symbian, Meego, and RIM is in the momentum right now and who knows what will happen in the next 3 months.
