Currently using the iphone 4 and it's very very good, but when I upgrade I would like a better camera and xenon flash. Sadly, the N82 was the last truly great phone that could take nice pics.
OH , so the others will follow their footsteps again ?? ! oh common, creativity is what makes apple the best! they started and you follow , so true.

My experience with Android platform has been very positive so far. i own htc desire for the last 7 months. Brilliant not to sound as a fanboy.There are things that could be better like camera, speakers and video recording. I have seen UI on Nokia and it is not as good as on other smart phones.
i had Nokia and was very pleased as i mentioned early.When it comes to a new phone(upgrade) i don't stick to brand. Next time for me could be Samsung ,LG or Motorola or maybe even iPhone. Don't know yet.My criteria is not a sentiments but my own needs and efficiency in the phone.
Sometimes i got impression that Nokia hired some people on this site to back them up.
Still waiting for reasonable arguments regarding Symbian OS.Thank you
tomtom, 14 Jan 2011 Hi, After reading comments and opinions about iOS , android and symbian i am really ... moreok, that'm my opinion, as a matter of fact Nokia as been, and is, the most popular and selling brand, ok so, this is already one point why many people are supporting Nokia, anyway for the past 15 years Nokia as been without any doubt the leader also in the operating system because it was honestly the best. We can also give credit to Nokia for the first "smartphone" with symbian, remember the 6600 :-), was great all the applications to download ect... ok now comes the trouble for Nokia :-) years 2007 i-phone... new revolution for all the standard out there, amazing touch screen, surfing experience top notch! and so google follow the trend and start to build a solid operating system that can compete with apple (and succeed) with android. Now days the feeling is that both apple and google are growing very fast and improving a lot their device, but seems that the nokia engineers are still sleeping on the gold they create in the late 90s first 00s and they are stuck there, the result is a almost pathetic operating system this symbian3 and the fact that for match the competitions Nokia use few tricks to keep customer: a classic example the "lifetime navigations" for free. The other terrible experience you have with symbian and the Nokia phone now days that make looks like prehistoric phones is the horrible touch screen that still full of lag ( unbelievable so many years now of good touchscreen producers and still nokia doesn't know how to build a good one) and another horrible think the internet navigation experience: PATHETIC! you cannot even compare to the apple or google, is simple ridiculous!!!... everybody can try them self, just go to some shop that sell all the brand keep in one and a nokia N8 and in the other a i-phone or a HTC desire for example! have fun!!! i'm sure you are gonna trow in the bin the N8!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA :-)
Anonymous, 14 Jan 2011apple give bumper case to prevent call drop remember that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They stopped that after they fixed the problem (that wasn't there in the first place according to them!)
Let's hope that the (possible) removal of the home button means it'll create more room for a larger screen.
The screen at the moment is too small for my liking (much too awkward for its best games) and I think a 4" would see me going back to Apple...
Jr., 14 Jan 2011Oh my! Apple is putting WiFi Hotspot capabilities into their iPhones?! Let me guess, Apple is ... moreOh yes, Apple is growing up indeed...and they're making things better.
1) Touchscreens were there for ages, but they added multi-touch...and it became the NEXT big thing for mobile devices;
2) Multi-tasking were there for ages, but they improved on it so that the iphone doesn't crash like in other OS;
3) LCD screens were there for ages, but they made the highest resolution LCD mankind ever saw.
They're not simply copying stuff....they're improving lousy stuff that other manufacturers put in their devices. :P
Oh my! Apple is putting WiFi Hotspot capabilities into their iPhones?! Let me guess, Apple is going to patent this idea and pretend that it was their own and then sue Google for doing it too, even though Android has had this on their devices since Android 2.2 was released...
One thing to say..... Apple, Grow Up!
Anonymous, 14 Jan 2011apple give bumper case to prevent call drop remember that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Why are you people still crying about the outward antenna? Sure it may drop some bars if you hold the Iphone 4 a certain way but applying any type of skin or bumper will solve that immedietly. point is get yourselves some kleenex and think long and hard about the awesomeness that is APPLE!!! I work with the latest phones day to day nothing will compare for a couple of years...
MeeGo OS that was created by the merger of Nokia Maemo and Intel Moblin projects. N9 is an upgrade of N900 Maemo ,until MeeGo produces the goods,Nokia is stuck with Symbian oldlady.
nice job apple another great innovation on mobile industry. you create another history on smart phones
tomtom, 14 Jan 2011 Hi, After reading comments and opinions about iOS , android and symbian i am really ... moreTry to do some photos with old Nokia N95 8GB and new iPhone 4 or try dropit on tarmac old Nokia N95 8GB and new iPhone 4 and you will see why people like Nokia.
After reading comments and opinions about iOS , android and symbian i am really curious how symbian gets so much back up. A couple of years ago i hade Nokia N95 8GB and was very happy.It was quiet solid piece of mobile phone but with not so great browsing experience.I have red that symbian is not so fast, crushes reasonably a lot and so on.
Still i am very curious why so many people have so much good to say about symbian. Help me with it. Tell me advantages over android and iOS? I also heard someone saying that symbian is for pros! What does that mean, for mods? Thank you
