The GN7 was slippery and harder to hold because of the thin rounded bezels.
Plus i was getting a lot of accidental edge presses especially with eReaders... give me a flat screen any day.

While I agree there's not much use for the curve, it does set Samsung apart aesthetically from the rest. It's also a demonstration of technology and makes the phone look damn good.
rumors that edge iphone is coming in 2018
Until today, I don't see the use of the edge screen rather than looks. Maybe the edge will be not as extrem as on S7 edge, but more of a Note 7 edge-screen
Partial Sub, 03 Jan 2017Hope this one doesn't blow up. That is getting old, do you know your comment is idiotic.
No point in waiting until October for a pen addon. Note phones used to be flagship phones. Lately it's just a repeat of early year phones. So better kill the series and use the plus moniker for the pen support.
Here's my dream phone according to rumours thus.
6.2 inches but no bigger than Note 7 (Mimix look, thus pocket able despite the extreme screen).
8GB of RAM (useful for the desktop mode rumoured latell, imagine a smooth Chrome OS machine)
Pen Support (no more waiting for end year for getting the same stuff)
4000 MaH li-pol battery (for day round function, pretty possible given then size of the phone)
2720x1440 RGB, low retention screen for perfect VR.
USB C support for PC VR support (using the power of a PC for VR instead of the emedded systems)
