I would happily pay 1k more for black model. Hopefully it will be available in India.
Anonymous, 19 Jan 2017thats all?? . 5000 mAh battery inside a 8mm shell. Hows that possible? Development. That c... morea bit disapointed by the 625 of rn4. i am using rn3. i order p2 want to taste smthing different. i love rn3 for custom rom and performace. never sell rn3.
yoga, 19 Jan 2017Does still Xiaomi phones heat too much?, that's the only concern for me to buy it. One of my ... moreI used rn3 from 3 month..... no any heating issue.... big advantage of note3.
Zero, 19 Jan 2017If is Mediatek, indeed, it heats a lot. But if is Snapdragon is not a heater. ---------------... moreI'm using redmi note 4 for two weeks, never faces heating issue. temp never crosses 39 degree c inspite of heavy use. Though battery performance is not as good as expected.
mmj321, 19 Jan 2017Another missing thing is the high pricing ;pDude are you serious?
Low light images are better in rn4 than rn3, also color reprodution slightly better in rn4.
Best deal under 1000 rupee....
Good job xiaomi
not an upgrade for kenzo user
does xiaomi improved their camera? they're really building reputation but after few more years expect xiaomi to over price their phones
Will wait for note5 with better cpu/gpu
I will compare rn4 to rn3. PROS : 1 : Better camera 2 : better design ,2.5D glass 3 : speaker in bottom rn3 had speaker in rear side 4 : Better battery backup CONS : 1 : Graphics performance is half of rn3 2 : less single core performance(a53 vs a72) 3 : no wifi ac support 4 : single channel ram compared to dual channe in rn3(reduces ram performance). Due to this reasons xioami is able to reduce cost of this phone(profit inc.) if you dont belive then check yourself Thankyou
aim120, 19 Jan 2017To those saying 625 is as good as 650, You forget that the GPU in 625 is Adreno 506 vs adreno ... moreEach of them had its own merits. The 625 has better battery life but at a cost of performance. The 650 is of course better in performance, but it's older and isn't power-efficient.
Well. same as Lenovo P2 on Snapdragon 625 but with smaller battery. No big deal. You guys think that Xiaomi sell you great phones and do not catch that others already made it better.
Weird 4G band support:
4G FDD-LTE
TDD-LTE B3, B5 B40
Well, looks like it doesn't look like a good news for people seeking for a top performance phone at a price like this; even the Redmi Note 3 beats it up. But people who desire for battery life might as well like it. A great compromise between performance and battery life, I suppose.
Arun, 19 Jan 2017Redmi note 3 have better processor than note 4 so ppl won't buy this phone. Note 3 is now very very old. Coolpad Cool 1 has already killed RN3. Anyone looking for Better performance will go for Coolpad cool1. While those looking for better battery life go for RN4.
prices should have been 2000rs lower across all variants.... note 3 was 650 when it was launched ... so natural progression should have being 653 and not 625... !!!!
gone with lower chip and price remains same - and in sometime note 4x will come out wiht more premium.... if these are made in india then prices should be reduced... also some more features like nfc / radio would have been icing on the cake... !!!

BTW... inferior processor, similar specs, and the bands supported are WAY lower than the original product... ok Xiaomi. I guess I need to wait for the Redmi Note 5.

AnonD-576799, 19 Jan 2017It has got good specifications. Truly the Winner. I will compare it with many others. Just... moreYes Xiaomi Note 4 will kill K5 Note,K6 note, yunicorn, Lenovo P2 and all other midrange phones.
