There are a few Xiaomi resellers in Singapore; You should be able to get one from there.
Good thing I got it much cheaper than that.

AJ_74, 24 Feb 2017I agree. We'll see a lot of Mi Mix clones coming out of China soon. The SK and US manufacturer... moreIm not sure if Lenovo can be considered reputable anymore. They completely ruined Moto brand.

The SK and US manufacturers for some reason still think that curving a display is the best way to maximize screen to body ratio. I don't think we'll see that trend changing anytime soon (unfortunately).
I plan on buying the first Mi Mix or Mi Mix-clone that balances size and usability and has a quality display and camera, assuming it comes from a reputable manufacturer (Xiaomi, ZTE, Meizu, Huawei or Lenovo).
I think companies that push REAL design innovation forward deserve to be rewarded for their efforts. No gimmicky curved screens here, just the largest display in the smallest footprint possible, combined with an attractive design and an elegant solution to the design's only drawback (the front cam position).
If they release a 5.5-6.1" version of this with a better display and camera, count me as a customer even if I have to import it. Right now it's just a tad too large considering that it needs a case, and the main camera and display are just not flagship-worthy.
Mi6 Mix Edition anyone?
I wouldn't buy it
AnonD-393912, 24 Feb 2017It's pretty, and it's UAE.
But a reminder, a reviewer drop test this phone with a freakin ... moreI heard that the version that UAE will get will have a totally revised structural design, so expect to see it with very good drop protection.
Also they are ready to enter in the US.
And finally.. I read that the Mi Mix 2 will have Snapdragon and Pinecone, both will target different markets. Snapdragon for US and China and Pinecone to the rest of the world.

leaf, 24 Feb 2017Probably because of patents and taxes outside china.Yes, diff country diff regulations. Some country imposed even weird regulation like to sale 4G phone in their country, phone must assemble there + certain percentage local products.. like Indonesia, assemble there + >30% local products..
AnonD-632062, 24 Feb 2017A bit overpriced at $800. Why such price disparity, Xiaomi?Probably because of patents and taxes outside china.

Wait till Mi Mix2 released. The Mi Mix will drop in prices immediately. There will be a tsunami of bezel-less flagship phone coming soon in a few month. Xiaomi wont be able to compete.
