I'm currently using Google's Gboard and I'm really enjoying it
While I really like swiftkey it's just too damn ugly imho. I use the stock Samsung keyboard plus gboard is installed. Just in case I need it.

I used to have that lag on slower phones but on my LG G5 I don't get that lag. However, that's sad because it means Swiftkey needs extreme quad core speeds to run fine. GBoard probably runs well on all phones.
I did try GBoard and I liked it but I can't get over the fact that it doesn't auto-correct me in all apps and fields (except passwords).
I also don't like how Gboard does not show you the current word you're typing (after your finish typing), but shows you other potential words. I want to see the word I type so I know that I typed it well. Swiftkey shows me the current word plus 2 others.

It's actually almost just a accurate and very very speedy. The speedy part is enough for me to convert for now. What i'm missing is the emoji prediction (which i thought they have) and easy language swap. For Swiftkey, sometimes i type very fast and nothing comes out and all of sudden everything appears lol.
Swiftkey has the most accurate manual typing I've ever tried on a keyboard.
It lacks a bit in swiping though, not the most accurate :(
What I like about it is that in all fields (except password fields) you get the auto correct. GBoard doesn't have that which ruins the experience for me as it's near impossible typing fast on a phone compared to a real physical keyboard. I just click anywhere with Swiftkey and it always knows what I'm saying lol.
It does slow down a little bit compared to others but it's still fast on my LG G5 (S820 helps a lot!)
Since Swiftkey got on ios, the Android version got crappy. Lags, freezes, hangs and eats a lot of battery. I finally deleted the very loved app, and went to the new Google keyboard instead. Almost same design, but less features. Still better for the phone and battery.
