We have that one in Croatia too.
As for the LG 2X I can't wait to get my hands on, to replace buggy C7.

I can easily see the license plate on the first 2 rows with the 720p quality, same in the 1080p video and can barely see the 3rd row car license plate...

Not so expensive. Price in Germany already dropped to 478 , and starting was 549 .

cant read the number plates on the cars so still pretty poor for both 720/1080p reproduction

to the person who posted first, you're a douche

The 1080 video clip doesn't show much difference compared to the 720. They might need a bigger sensor. I find the 720 to be better, because the frames are higher and it also looks very identical to the 1080.
Maybe a future update will bring out the true 1080 within.
It was worth a try on their behalf though
