That font looks like the Segoe UI from Windows. It's preparing the users to feel "at home" when the new Nokia WP7 comes to the market.
Nokia - You can have the worlds best looking font but your OS and your UI sucks! This must be an early April Fool joke. Nokia, you can't be that dumb! Switch to Android and regain your position. Alternatively. Stay with windows and symbian and assume the position!
Jeez! Spending time and money on changing a font when clearly resources could be better utilised radically altering their failed OS!!!
This is nice and all but I cant help but wonder WHEn Is THe N950 COMINg OUt? I WANt SOMe MEEGo NOw!!!
jeeylu, 28 Mar 2011They should think about better hardware an OS.I second that !
I never realised that the reason my N97 sucked so much was because of the font.
This is a Nokia article and they will never use Android.
If you want a Nokia with Android, buy a N900 and install Android on it.
Now move along.

For all those who won't buy except android in it. Nokia was the first choice of all u idiots for so many years and i don't care if now nokia has failed to win ur heart, one day android will fail too.
I am really sorry for Nokia, insted of thinking of better customer service, better phone quality and os, they are worried about font!?
jeeylu, 28 Mar 2011They should think about better hardware an OS.Exactly, I wish to see a new OS, not MeeGo, but something based on both Symbian and Mamemo 5
it looks like the n900 is the firt device to use it http://my-maemo.com/software/a...0&faq=65
mjm, 28 Mar 2011You dont know how to spell android, :'( android is not ultimate, android is not complete, and... moreAndroid is the best os in the world...bar none. Apple iOs and MS 7 can't touch it with a 20 ft pole.
"Have you ever thought how much a font can change the perception of a company brand or logo? " --Nokia
I know I have. And my answer is: No, I won't buy Nokia unless there is ANDROID inside it.
The fonts are cute though... but nice try. You Nokia, need Android.
