hey what's the matter if this one looks like iphone? it doesn't matter unless the features are compromised. if samsung can only put 5mp camera and large HD screen on a phone, then why bother on the similar design to HTC or iphone?

now, all giants realize the potential of each other brand's capabilities such as design quality, features and uniqueness. i can see a balance and hard desicion for the consumers at this year in this following races
megapixel race
brand name popularity/quality race
feature race
cool feature race
this is samsung's answer to the N95.
iphone is Apple's answer.
i'll wait for the SE if there will be something to shake the N95's fans.

Listen, the i-phone has not even been launched yet...if there is a readon why this phone looks like the Apple, it is because of convergence of technology and viable design (ie trend or fashion). They probably draw conclusions for ideal phone design from the same guys who were surveyed for other brands! Duh.

Don't hate the phone for it looking like iPhone, if you read the full info about the iPhone, it's actually powered by Samsung so in a way, any bad stuff you say about this can reflect on the outcome of the iPhone. Go research it if you don't believe!

Apple fanboys always think that other companies are copying Apple's product. If Samsung only needs 2 month from the date of iPhone's introduction to copy Apple iPhone, then I think Samsung is the greatest company ever.
Apple is trying to catch up to Windows Mobile, they are nemesis to each other. I'd say, Symbian OS is the first successful PDA/touchscreen(S.Ericsson P-series) phone and then others follows (WM and Apple).

why throw out nokia n95...n95 still is a much better phone because it got 16 mill colours,wi-fi,in built gps and i can bet you anything that n95 the 5mp cam will be much better than this one because you saw previous comparisons between d900 k800 and n73

nobody is copying the iphone.. they were just the ones WHO FIRST unveiled it to the pbulic that's why... It just so happen dat all of dem hav the same ideas but apple was the one who first showed it.
And even if you say that they are copying apple, doesn't it that the iphone looks like O2 XDA but with just a bigger screen??
be real people who says dat they are copying from apple.

i like that glassy look, the slide reminds me with dopod, this is a kind of PREMIUM phone i think, and expensive look, i'm not thinking to buy kind of this luxury, just admire.....

If you visit Korea one day you will see that they like to copy everything and haver very strict measures on imports so everyone in Korea is using a Korean product of some sort so I refuse to buy any of their products because they refuse to buy any other product that is not theirs.

Who needs Wifi when you have 3G? 3G is more mobile than WiFi. I rarely use WiFi because it consumes a lot of battery power.
