SE is crazy. how do they expect to sell a phone with android 2.1, when most of the phones releasing are android 2.3. It should have at least froyo. This phone can never sell, even if there is a Walkman logo.

Sony must have problem selling X8... that's why they "repackage" it into Walkman phone! The problem is people in asia also realize that... priced lower than X8 + decent headset, it might still sell...

So it's basically a LG GT540 with a capacitive screen and fancier exterior, what's the point?

Also there should be more ram because the X8 slows down too much and task killer says 28mb of ram left!!!!!

I was hoping they would do a Walkman version of the X8 but with a 3.2mp camera with flash and auto focus. Then a louder speaker built in, and of course the Walkman music player. Thats it!!! Make me one SE and I'll buy it!!!

... Vivaz form-factor would have been much sexier for a Walkman than the X8. Also, SE what's with all the plastic these days?! You used to be the innovator making slim phones with classy looking metal parts. Now every phone has to have a silly curve at the back.
