give google a break!
1. being a developer, i can only comprehend how difficult it is to integrate video chat in GTalk and it would be a different piece of code and distribution altogether if they had given just the voice chat support on Nexus One.
2. They already have Nexus S out. They need to market some new features like GTalk voice/video chat exclusively on it for people to switch to it from old devices.

Am already running 2.3.4 on my O2X... The nexus, as being a dev phone, should have had 2.3.4 as soon as it was ready...

Got the update today, it brings Gtalk video to Nexus S, but there is a bad side effect... you lose Contact sync with Facebook!
So if you update and you have Nexus S say goodbye to contact pics and status update!!
However I think that it fixed the auto rotation problem that we used to have

It does bring the video chat in Gtalk. I have got my update today.
The downside is that you lose contact sync with Facebook!!
No contact pictures, status update etc!!
Bad move

Wish they wouldnt update to specific phones n just do it for everyone (so long as your phone can do most of it) lol :)

The biggest problem for nexus one is the lack of front facing camera.
therefore not to blame the bugs. it google want to improve or update nexus series they should swap it nexus S or newer phone as their "Official Google phone"
Nexus One is just outdated new. RIP buddy
First one.....
