Now, I will not select ZTE in future, good to have honor v9 as current phone. Maybe sony phones in future if the cost / benefit looks good.
Pleased have a look at the 17 Mini top!
No headphone jack is important omission as we use this jack to connect to other devices.
Bluetooth just is Not good enough because it then limits the amount of devices you can connect to the phone at the same times.
No extra simple card slot and no memory expansion.
Not good.
No mention of ram size in this report.
I have a ZTE 6gb which is a pain because the camera failed after just 4 months.
ZTE won't exchange it.
This phone reviewed is nothing special.
Sony seems better.
Now Sony has 4k screen, dual front facing speakers, and expandable storage, with a headphone jack with water proofing.
I am going back to Sony.
Depressed Individual, 09 Jul 2017This is sexier than my girlfriend.hahhahaaaaa
Hopefully the Z17 Max is better, with a headphone jack, amoled display, larger battery and a sd slot(not necessary but would be nice)
Maybe a more expensive edition come involve a headphone jack (not to mention an inbox quck charge 4 plus charger)? Funny that more and more presumably upscale models omit the feature, which is now relatively standard on lower cost units.
This is sexier than my girlfriend.
I was interested in this model due to it's specifications, look and price. But looking about it's camera peformance I found this, and my interest went down:

The stabilization seems bad, horrible with full zoom near the end of the video. Not sure if their software can improve enough, no OIS. And the colors plus the noise in low light are bad. Judge yourself. Any updates on the camera? Looking forward to compare with your review.
Anonymous, 09 Jul 2017there is no google play on this phone. When distributors ship these devices outside of China, they usually place a full Google application suite on them...
Generally speaking, its three main cons are: the lack of the 3.5mm jack, even much more worse (or at least for me) the lack of the SD slot, and unfortunately it support the Quick Charge 4+, but sadly its charger isn't available. But with that being said, for all those that can live without the mentioned specs above. Overall and as a price-to-performance value, I think that the phone is a quite good go.
Anonymous, 09 Jul 2017there is no google play on this phone. It will be when they will release worldwide firmware, as it have been to z17 mini. And -very good for EU customers - even Chinese version support lte b20 band.
there is no google play on this phone.
The edge-to-edge screen reminds me of the Note 7. Very nice phone overall
Jeez being held back by quick charge 3.0 speeds must be annoying.
Thanks GSMrena Team, was waiting for Z17 review eagerly.
AnonD-670810, 09 Jul 2017probably the quich charge 4+ function will active after coming new updateUm they said in the article that it's because the charger only supports 3.0. It already is active in the phone and just needs the newer charger. At least read the article first.
AnonD-670810, 09 Jul 2017probably the quich charge 4+ function will active after coming new updateOr proprietary charger by qualcomn
