> In reply to cyber-shot under dog @ 2011-05-14 06:14 from t753 - click to readI like their designs, they are original as I always said and zillions of time before. But the problem with the mass (or messed up) market is they don't want to pay for the design, they don't want to understand the value of design. Designing of overall handset and inside it the UI and everything costs too much so by using same design with slight changes it will cut the cost.

the only problem with Sony ericsson these days is when they make one nice design of a phone they kept repeating it until they get tired of it. . like the x10 mini and yendo. . now this. . the ck15i looks like the xperia mini. . I just miss how they're phones are designed differently. . :C

SE market in Asia & Europe , their low and midend market fall because too late to replace old numeric phones with qwerty and touchscreen phones.
SE must bring something new to market.
Don't come back to the past
Walkman and Cyber Era has Gone.

Is it just me, or are these newer-gen Xperias gradually looking more and more like the NW-X1000 series Walkman players? The HOME button has that uncanny resemblence...

I don't know why SE follows Samsung making so much of touchscreen phones. Just make 'real' phones that using numeral keypad. Maybe half touch half numeral keypad like C3-01.

Cybershot cameras really DID used to be the standard for all other phone companies to follow. But 12mp just seems TOO much in my eyes. The MP camera race is over now surely, and does anyone agree with me that 8mp SHOULD be the absolute maximum nowadays? I'm saying this owning a N8, but although I love the photo quality, I do feel that it's overkill for such a small device. Phone manufacturers should start keeping the cameras down to 8mp and concentrate more on the lens.

I really hoped for the Cybershot phone.

I like the hardware of the current xperia range, but I really miss the Cybershot camera's.

SE is now seriously back in the game...... :-)
One of the most imp thing that SE needs to do now is make lots of phone for the american market bcoz se's presence in american market is almost negligible due to the utter lack of SE phones in USA)
The only thing SE needs to do is optimize the current phones with diff. carrier frequencies of usa and launch them on a large scale...

I would have liked it if S-E made other non-Android phones which can operate on the AWS bandwith. The only tweo at the moment are the Xperia X10(i) and the TM506... Neither of which interests me.
OOOOHHH how I miss my T700.....!!!

And now they just need a high end device to compete with the likes of Samsung Galaxy SII and HTC Sensation.
