> In reply to clingy @ 2011-05-31 11:52 from P%C} - click to readthats the whole point of docking ur phone in the tablet. tablet with brain is meaningless. get the point??? since when u travel without your phone??? it also act as extra batt for your phone. is a brilliant idea!!! if only they can make the phone to 8mm and tablet 10mm, with all usb, hdmi, and +++++

The mobile market is still pretty new for them, but considering their first major android device is one of the most wanted tablets out there right now, that's saying something. They're a very respectable company.

I don't see much sense in this concept since my laptop doesn't need much more space than the tablet dock but it can function without the phone and I still can tether the phone to my laptop in case I want to.

This is just a simply brilliant idea by ASUS.. And far more practical then having 2 seperate devices, and cheaper id guess!

It's an amazing idea, not a remake of what Motorola did but infact they have seen that the problem with tablets is they are sometimes too big and the problem with phones is the screens can be too small and having both just feels pointless. This is the perfect compramise and will mean that your tablet and phone can hold the same info!!

Did I miss something? You still need to lug around 2 devices, don't you? The model looks nice though!
