Personally, it doesn't make any sense to me considering that Samsung have just announced the start of a new AMOLED production line to keep up with demand.
Another thing is that the article mentions that the I9101 GSII is a cheaper alternative to the I9100. I'd like to point out that when the I9003 came out, the official Samsung dealer where I am actually stopped selling the original I9000, which has become quite a rare phone since. Personally, since the I9100 hasn't even come out here yet, i'm worried that they might just jump straight to the I9101.

when i first heard that there was a newer model i was scared that samsung was already making the awesome s2 outdated, but no, im glad my s2 is still sitting comfortabley on top ^^

They say it has a 1ghz dual core - why shouldnt he be able to record/play full hd videos since other 1ghz dual cores are able to do it?!

These are sammy's marketing tricks, first launch phones with high specification like SAMOLED features, then sell the lower version with slightly modifid names..

In eBay is in sale for over $ 800.00 dlls :( and it cames unlocked from UK.
When is going to be for sale here in American Market??? I'm not sure if get the Atrix 4G or wait for the Galaxy S2 4G

I think there are already to many Galaxy S devices on the Market. Samsung should stop while the S II is still gr8!
Maybe it's time to put a non-touch W-LAN device on the market. I think the world is over flooded with touch-screens .
