Too bad really I LOOVE Android devices, but this can be painful for Galaxy 2 sales, I'm worry now, I want to get a new Android devices (not offense for Nokia users I like more Android for now) but with this kind of errors I will think twice for a Samsung phone, at least, until they fix this problem, and they need to recall too many phones to fix this :(

Anonymous, 01 Jun 2011emmm... If you read other webs for mobile phone news. gsmarrena is 3 DAYS late with this one.sure but GSMArena are acting as if they are the main competitors of samsung..they just elaborated it so much....
Gurushant, 01 Jun 2011yep, its true now the samsung guys are paying for what they did for n8 displays...."The Samsung guys"..? Wow these guys are freaking nuts, what's this like a clan battle, blood for blood? LMFAO
These are cellphones and companies, seriously, some people spend too much time on forums it's unhealthy.
Yep, I know everything has errors, damn I got an BMW and just out the dealer was droping oil from engine :P
However is not good bash Nokia for the N8 display, maybe some Sammy users need to have this slap over the face for recognize SG2 is just a phone, nott the GOD of phones..neither the messias of the Phone market :D

You think yellow tint is small problem??? thats what i thought of n8. I thought that n8's purple tint was a small problem but it resulted in loss of so many sales including the use of symbian rather than android. Now this problem will also grow large after some days just like the n8
Gurushant, 01 Jun 2011yep, its true now the samsung guys are paying for what they did for n8 displays....It's funny to see these Sansung fans on the defense. You guys can hide the defect by putting the brightness on high but you can't escape the fact that it's defective. lol

Anonymous, 01 Jun 2011haters all over...truly GSMArena has been so quick in this issue...we know where u belong to...emmm... If you read other webs for mobile phone news. gsmarrena is 3 DAYS late with this one.
[deleted post]ya i know that gsmarena told that its a small issue but n8 too has purple tint like this has yellow tint, which was also unnoticable for most of the times but still it had its impacts on the sales. People want perfect phone with less bugs or defects if the specs are also low they won't care, all they need is a solid good phone with no bugs. And this is also going to be a major issue cuz this problem can't be fixed by the software update as its a defect in hardware. All you need to do is to increase the brightness level to hide the tint but the AMOLED screen's life may be shortened.
And what's going to be NEXT?
Problems wth multitouch, camera, gps??? I will think twice before get one SG2...So shinny and soo dirty :D
I NEVER like bash an phone, but this time was "divine vengance" for all those that catalog Nokia as crapp, and crapp is just behind our own door...
this is a total mess up in my opinion, and its actually quite apparent in my phone, I am returning mine, as this a fault, no one should keep their phone till they sort it out.
go and get your money back or get it sorted, its totally unacceptable.
[deleted post]The main problem is..
Samsung users bash too hard for Nokias problems and now your device isn't perfect after all...and the worst part is...THEIR OWN DISPLAYS WAS MADE BY SAMSUNG hehehehe
Now that's what I call IRONY :P
