Anonymous, 09 Jun 2011lets go shop yeah sure...then you should go first!...
i just say this because this is the basis and experience when i used to work with them (AT&T VRIGIN MOBILE VERIZON NEXTEL TMOBILE BOOST OPTUS SPRINT OPTUS TELSTRA TPG DODO VIRGIN CRICKET AND ETC.)have you tried to look the price on the on the store personally and compared it on the price that online stores have...cheaper..right?because youre locked-in in to a contract..so you are obligated to pay the service and excess charges...
believe me its a marketing strategies...if youre not convinced try to visit WWW.WIREFLY.COM.....
[deleted post]No it´s not.Prices will always drop with time.It happens with every phone,game console,videogame etc.It´s not because it´s not selling well it just happens
Well I really like this phone and some pleople here at university too, this is a good news for plan-users... :P But stills and AT&T and this make it a big NO-NO for me...I hate AT&T
[deleted post]I think that for every phone is sure that prices will down even if it is the most powerful in the market!
Other phones started priced at 99 dollars or less!
That is a bargain...Although here in the UK Orange are doing some great deals on the phone. I think the phone been goven a hard time in some reviews....
As a stand alone phone it's great. With the added docks you get another dimension added to the functionality but for me this is not the strongest selling point.
The phone is a dream to use.....as far as my own experience is concerned.
Got mine with data on an 18 month contract for free....they also give the Bluetooth Keyboard, Mouse and HD Dock free as part of a promo.
The issue being that supply and delivery of the pack is becoming a big let down. Looks like Orange and Motorola can't meet the demand....I hope they sort it quick as I really wanna hook up my phone!!!....Been waiting too long for mine and have escalated this to Orange on a number of occassions.....I won't hold mt breath ;O)
* Dual Sim
* Dual Core
* 4 Inch qHD display
* 8Mp and 1080p recording
* 8Gb internal
* Android 2.3.3
the phone is good in reality
look at the specs from processor,video card, and other parts not bad..
but my qeustion is ???
WHERE DO YOU NEED THIS KIND OF SPECS FOR!!!!!
its not like you can really used this kind of power..
i mean lets face reality here..
why dont you give examples on where you cna use this kind of specs
no contract price of usd500 makes it cheaper than lg optimus 2x - attractive except for the locked bootloader. i see sgs2 price coming down to 500-600 usd soon
now i know the reason why it dropped into $99 from $199.00..
Its a marketing strategies that youll get this kind of special offer through the online shopping (i guess..)because it has a INSTANT SAVINGS DISCOUNT.within 6 mos the user should still be commited to the carrier because if the cx didnt follow the contract where they avail the handset they will be paying for the ISD (INSTANT SAVINGS DISCOUNT)..because online stores earned their money through commisions..so let say the user still be on the contract more than 6 mos thats the time that online store earned their commissions.now if the user doesnt proceed into the contract wihtout 6 mos thats the time that cx needs to pay for the ISD and for the termination fee.
got it..quite complicated yet still simple..
Warhawk, 08 Jun 2011i think even the no commitment pricing has fallen downi dont know why...everything is still tentative.
