It would appear that the E6 is not quite available in the UK yet.

I had it on pre-order via the Nokia website only to be contacted by Nokia a week later to be told there was no stock to fulfil my order. I could either cancel or buy another model. I chose to cancel.

I then pre-ordered the E6 again, this time on Amazon. Expected delivery from 28/06/11 onwards. I received an e-mail from Amazon today (28/06/11) telling me they didn't have any stock to fulfil the order either having not been provided with any by their supplier. They have not been given a revised availability date.

in Finland, since yesterday. I just purchased a white model. The price over here is 429,00 euros without any contract. They also had grey and black versions available. They keyboard is definitely better than E72's as the keys are just slightly bigger and differently shaped, and the response just feels good.

The biggest disappointment so far doesn't arise from the phone itself but from the lack of support for Sports Tracker and/or Endomondo. However, I did install Endomondo version which was meant for N8 but the interface, of course, doesn't scale properly, but its better than nothing until they come up with the correct version.

One weird issue appears to be the browser. The command panel is just so tiny that it appears nearly impossible to use it. And for some unknown reason it didn't play video in the browser, nor did I try to solve this issue. Well, I solved the whole thing by downloading Opera Mobile which just works and looks cool.

Cool phone for those who just want physical keyboard, strongly recommended even after only a day of use.

If not, then for people like me the nokia phones will cost a lot less than anything you mentioned over the phone's lifetime, plus not have me tied to a specific carrier.

I feel sorry for Nokia right now. They've announced getting into bed with Microsoft, they've announced killing jobs relating to Symbian dev/support, and due to previous development they're committed to bringing phones to market that the more savvy phone users aren't going to be interested in. A previous comment has noted the fixed focus of the camera, which is another shame- and an area that Nokia seem to be lagging behind in.

Nokia have always had a great rep for build quality - but right now doubts about support of the OS plus lack of physical hardware features has me favouring HTC products.

Not interested in Nokia anymore because of this reasons..
Still Symbian Anna is not comparable to Android.
No regular updates.

and nokia's build quality is legendary, you would be a fool to deny that

no amount of Ghz can make browsing faster if the browser isnt built and coded properly..

with that said, what we need now is a proper review about all this Anna fuss we've been hearing for like..what, how many months has it been?
