It has nothing to do with noise, its just a black glass to reduce the brightness from the very bright images.

Thats AFAIK.

iphone,android or even balckberry fanboys plz dont fight for what your so called gadget may offer...its the technology what matters...different companies are coming with different ideas,you have to welcome them and enjoy every edge of the technology.i read some comments about nokia that it is going to sink like a ship or whatever it may be...but don't forget it is nokia who has taught the world how to use the phone.
yes we have to agree that today it is struggling its not because of innovations but it due lack of marketing and lack of reaction towards consumers.But they are learning and i hope they'll come with a bang and introduces a next generation smartphone as they did with featured phones such as 1100:the legend

samsung and sony ericsson are out of the race at this moment. no reason to prove that android is better than meego and the difference of hardware is very little. only 200 mhz difference at processor.

i've sold a samsung galaxy 2. before i compared with old nokia n86 8mp. samsung was very bad compared with n86 8mp in all conditions in both photo and video modes:flowers in sunny day,objects in a room in total darkness with flash from the same distance and artificial neon light in a supermarket. i have also nokia n8 and thisis far better than nokia n86 8mp. samsung always was very poor at videorecording sharpness,bitrate,sound recording, battery performance, quality of eye-catching plastic wich is a magnet for scretches

really? who cares about a stupid camera? this is the only thing i hear lately bout nokia....wow new nokia x something....same crap like the old nokia...but check out the camera :|. it s just stupid...camera is no longer a criteria for purchasing a phone, but nokia is too stupid to realize this. i will be laughing my ass off when they go bankrupt! they deserve it!!
