That's will be big losees, since Google trie at all cost get that patents and they looses...and the worst was agains Apple, RIM, Microsoft among others..

If they can't beat Android in sales they can struggle in patent wars :P

Samsung pays that royalty anyway, not me.

So the every Samsung Android you buy...you are actually giving $10 of your money to Microsoft...So the Conclusion is Buy "Symbian" or wait for "Meego"

Windows Phones aren't selling too well. So great move! Really mature! I dont see why HTC or Samsung shoul'd give in to this. As it is, Nokia's future is doomed. Why pick on other succesful brands? HTC & Samsung should stop making Windows Phone altogether. That'll serve them right.

Mega LoL

So, samsung is a pawn of Microsoft as long with all the others??

And some people still understimating the microsoft business sight... :P

LMAO I didn't know this, was a smart move of microsoft, they can't touch Google, but they can SUE EVERY SINGLE COMPANIE that sold Android.

So the android distribution didn't study this infrigment closely.

Well, if WP7 don't sell good, Microsoft anyway will still gaining good profits in every single Android phone others sold.....$ 10, $15 don't sounds too much but if you sold 10 millions x 10 dlls, just make the math

As long as Samsung, HTC and others sold phones Microsoft will gain more money....Vey interesting...No wonder why they are soooo rich!!!
