After desire z 2.3.3 update camera is not working, there is a serious 4-5 seconds call lag in incoming calls. Serious concerns; any one else is facing similar problem? Please let me know if there is any work around.

Friends, can anyone who upgraded their Desire Z to Gingerbread tell me if there is any enhancement in the battery performance after the upgrade? More than anything else, i'm more interested in getting the best out of my battery.

The Incredible and Desire S GingerBread update was rolled out around the world in mid May. Only now in August 1st week, the update was released in India. This could be a similar case with Desire Z too. A 2 month delay from the roll out date for India.

Looks like HTC India needs to make the decision. Please send requests on HTC India support asking for this.
I sent them an email and all I got was a response that they will decide based on what is best for Indian customers. Feeling really let down ..
As a matter of fact, the response feigned ignorance about the whole software upgrade while it has been in the news for the last few weeks.
