Please don't kill Symbian, i really like it, and I'm no fan of Nokia so I really don't care about WP7!!!!!!
Maybe someone forgot about it. Nokia 703 is in mid-range category. In GSMArena blog, it says: 'The higher the first number, the richer its features and higher the price point will be. So for example when we hear Nokia 110, we will immediately think a budget device with only the basic features covered (and we will be right). The opposite goes for, say, Nokia 920.'
Therefore, Nokia 703 is mid-range phone with decent HW and SW
This is showing how good looking phone can be done without to copy iphone. Those korean should see it.
why is everybody so negative? Looks solid, nice design (imao though) and Nokia isn't dumb (enough...). It'll probably be a mid-range phone, perhaps the first "Tango" phone?
looks to mee nokia is going backwards with windows......THANKS ALOT ELOP this guy really messed up nokia huge LCD......and 8gb storage are you fucking serious -_- thank god at have the N8
Nokia 801? http://mynokiablog.com/2011/08...ake-believe/
A very realistic, but extremely disappointing resolution, 640×360 nHD screen.
Most likely an excellent CBD AMOLED screen – 3.8″
Possibly improving on the Nokia N8 – is this the supercam Ninja was talking about? 16MP AF Carl Zeis with Xenon flash AND Dual LED lights
1.2GHz Dual core (mentioned to be coming since last December along with True Zoom)
HDMI, USB OTG
16GB internal with microSD slot
1550mAh sealed battery.
480EUR before taxes and subsidies
Availability Q1 2012.
EspHack, 31 Aug 2011why.... why they keep releasing LOW END phones... hell nokia the low end market is not going t... moreIs there any loyalty in the higher end of the market ?
From the comments posted here, the smartphone market is exactly like the automobile market. Nobody buys cars without a VTEC BiTurbo Hybrid Low Emission Diesel V8 with 400Nm of torque. Anything else is so last year...
Now I understand why I see nothing but black Audis, BMW, et Benz on the road everytime I come out of my house on my Peugeot... bike.
it's a autofocus camera @gsmarena try to read you will surely get it
5mp is not a problem if the camera sensor and lens are good. MP doesn't means quality, even an very old 3Mp DSLR camera is incomparably better than a 12Mp cameraphone. The problem is that 5Mp is not competitive anymore for dumb people.
TC, 31 Aug 2011Everybody expect the first Nokia WP7 to be a real competitor to the top Androids, Samsung Gala... moreDon't get me wrong, I do agree with you at some point. In fact I desperately love Harmattan and I'm just not sure about what I think of WP7... But we all know the hardware specs aren't everything, meaning an impressive OS can pretty much do the trick.
My point was - it would be ridiculous to launch an expensive high-end device right away. Nevertheless, in time there will be one!

I would buy instant a Nokia WP if the screen was about 2,8-3,2 inch and have real qwerty.
I'm surprised, good move nokia! i have said many many times that only thing how nokia might sell these WP7 phones is keep screen size small enough. good job nokia!
Big reason for bad WP7 sells is because the phones are way too big. Those big screen phones are mostly for tech people and WP7 can't offer anything for them. WP7 is for average users but phones aren't. I have no idea what micorosoft is doing and why they dont understand this. Most of people still wants smaller screen!
