It can't even stand getti... moreYeah, I don't really understand why is people here saying samsung rules, actually no one really cares, this article is about nokia, and while I never liked nokia that much, at least nokia has personality and better build, samsung only makes iproducts copy or ugly stuff...
Nokia Rules, 05 Sep 2011That's right! Samsung products are expensive yet they break easily. It can't even stand getti... morewow my friend had this and that. Good argument how can you prove that? My friend had a space ship and went to the moon.

It can't even stand getting soaked in a flood, it's rediculous! A friend of mine bought a 50 inch Samsung tv, a Samsung laptop, and a Galaxy S then Typhoon Ondoy came along and their house got flooded up to the roof. 2 days later, they have to dig their house out of the mud and they found out that none of their Samsung electronics worked. That proves that Samsung electronics cannot stand tropical weather. Samsung sucks!

My 'outdated Symbian' non flagship mid range Nokia can last, I would expect other brands of same price range to be same. I have tested my friends Samsung S1 & S2, HTC Desire HD, feels flimsy. Dont worry, your beloved Samsung is very popular, it's suited for the fashionable
Anyway, this thread is about Nokia, not Samsung.

Did you even try the galaxy s line of samsung, the desire line of htc, the xperia line of sony or the nexus line of google ps: Flagship phone.the Majority of people that used those kind of phone has good review about it. you should try one of the flag ship phone
I need to argue, 05 Sep 2011polycarbonate is a type of plastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!Samsung Wave. I know polycarbonate is plastic, when N9 first announced I already know. But good quality plastic(they say used to make ice hockey helmet)- when N9 is released then we will know, its physically available for all to see then. Somehow Nokia make their phones to last. The other Nokia models have stainless steel
Lol, no need argue, plus I've always have 'bad luck' with Samsung products. My Samsung desktop monitors & TV didnt last 2 years, my last desktop monitor, the cable spoil in less than a year. I'm not the only one to experience so, the general consensus among my friends & I is Korean products dont last long in tropical weather. It's popular yes, I dont follow what is popular
[deleted post]u r right polycarbonate is a type of plastic USED in manufacturing BULLETPROOF glass
I'm an old Nokia fan, and Nokia is the best cellphone manufacturer ever, but I don't think this is a real phone, it's generic rendering of a phone to advertise nfc music
I need to argue, 05 Sep 2011Nokia n9 is all plastic made what the point??????According to released info, from 1 piece of polycarbonate, not a few pieces glue together. Other Nokia phones(mid range to high end at least) have stainless steel. Samsung products, even in sheltered conditions, could not last 2 years, much less if exposed to elements like tropical rain. Come back in 3 years & see if your Samsung device is still in working condition.
seems nice phone any way.
if belle is good enough i might by soon one of those.
if not still very interested in N9.
i think Nokia is devoted to Windows but they realize that they need bit more time to really make a big impact with windows. and i think it will be rather WP8 than WP7. so Nokia need more time which is good for symbian. they seem working hard.
will see soon.

Le... moreAgree with you, I have a nokia that lasted 7 years, still kicking until now, made of plastic though but is still durable.. Unlike my other phones(other brands) did'nt last for 3 years.
Alabamagirl, 05 Sep 2011I will still use Nokia and have decided for the new modell that is. N9 or maybe this new 701. ... moreOk but that's your opinion and respect your opinion you can do what ever you want but not everybody has the same opinion. I have a question what make nokia so mush better than other brand?
I need to argue, 05 Sep 2011Reality check nokia fan boy!!!N9 is one of the best phone out there but its will have no suppo... morePlastic, the type used in korean & taiwanese brands, dont last in constant hot weather. Lets see if a samsung can last min 3 years, i can guarantee it will not (personal experience). LG maybe. Nokia thus far, average 5 years.
Well, well, why so many android fans posting in nokia thread? lol, lol, if this nokia 801 is for real, and it follows the usual nokia build quality, it'll be stainless steel.
Wait till oct & see if its announced. At the moment, its just rumours.
