I preordered the iPhone 4S 64GB White this evening here in Australia through our Apple On-line store. Confirmation order said will be shipped by the 14th October. Went back into the Apple store on-line 2 hours later and it's now telling people 1 to 2 weeks wait for delivery.

Nope, but I've heard that lots of americans will make a line in front of the Apple stores in the launch day.

i phone unlocked is totally over ptised i would rather by an s2 phone which has bigger screan better os and much cheaper

i was in apple store in glasgow today to pre-order was told yes i could pre-order for home delivery not for collection from the store next friday ...was told best thing to do would be to cue up outside to get one next friday morning...when i came home to check pre-order online it says delivery would be between the 21st & 28th oct now so much for release date getting it delivered thats a load of crap...so ill have to grin and bare the cold next friday morn :(

Nope but getting the Samsung galaxy s2 prob tomorrow :) was thinking of moving to apple but doesn't seem much improvement as I thought it would be and dont want to wait for the Iphone 5 to come out but sure it will be a good phone

I'll give it a miss. Never owned an iPhone but I was thinking of getting this one (hoping that it was going to be the iPhone 5). I'll wait till next year when they will hopefully announce the iPhone 6 and have a design change.

yesterday i have selled my iphone4. i can't stand the bad signal and all the limitations. i will buy a samsung sg2 today. never again an iphone
