I used internet only when I came to know about Google.I can buy an android phone more and more cheaper than Apple iphone.Remember that gGogle just entered into devices.It wont take time to beat Apple..keep watching :)

Based on the percentage of Android users using Honeycomb, there are 3.4 million Tablets which is totally lame compared to iPads.

Google makes their money by giving stuff away, tracking what people do with it and selling whatever they can get to advertisers.

They want total control of Internet access.

I hope Google remembers its mantra that is "Do Not Be Evil" as compared to Microsoft. That said, Google products certainly are living up to expectations. I have downloaded Chrome as my default browser and it certainly works better than IExplorer, faster than Firefox and more user friendly than Safari. As for Google+. eh, I was never one to really be so deep into social media sites so I do not use it as much. It is slightly more intuitive to use than Facebook though.

An indutrial firm with that value would have at least 100 000 or 150 000 employees.

New techs are good, but they won't help getting employement back. You can oppose that they make other compagnies improve their competitvity so they can make money and hire people. But that's not directly the high tech compagnies that hire.

Of that cool 31% transferred into operating income ($3.06 billion) and 24% ($2.21 billion) went to advertisers. The same numbers for last year's Q3 were 35% ($2.55 billion) and 26% ($1.81 billion).

iOS makes up 58% of internet traffic. This isn't just great news for Apple. This is also great news for Google. When iOS devices succeeds, Google succeeds. People here on the internet are the ones putting information in their files and money in their pocket. Google Search and YouTube are two of the three most used sites on the net. So people can go ahead and buy whatever brand they want, you will also continue to make them richer by using Google over Yahoo! or Bing, and you will continue to use YouTube, ads and all. Only fanboys care to take sides when they are competitors and partners no different than Apple teaming up with Samsung and LG to manufacture the components. Difference is Google doesn't sue its partners like a patent troll that Apple does.

Talking about fairness by using others' patents and not paying.. even your iPhone uses google apps like youtube and google search.. i agree, google is the highway and your iOS is the vehicle to go through that road.. take your vehicle off the road and see how long it will stand.. cheers!

I should charge Google for using my display, bandwidth and bought data (through telco and isp) in order to show me those ads.
