You would expect the RAZR to be the first to get ICS if Moto know what is good for them.
In fact, if they want to sell this phone, they'll be putting out a RAZR specific ICS announcement soon.

what is that? Google and Moto are negociating to purschase the mobile phone dept. because google wants to expand his patents portfolio.
did google purchase moto?is on the table.
will google stop android sharing to other companies? No, because its Google buying Moto, no the other way arround.
if so why google introduced nexus prime through samsung? Because google always goes with the biggest players, and at this moment Samsung and HTC, Motorola is not there yet... looks like the New Moto Razr is going to be a complete hit (if pricing is right) just like it was the original Razr back in the day.

For Android fans, Motorola will be the brand to stick with. They will have open communications with Google and know exactly when OS updates will arrive. This will not be the case for the other manufacturers. After all, Motorola are also competing right?
