It's not surprising Moto adopts AMOLED screen on this phone.

Despite the down times they've had, Motorola has a long standing technology pedigree and you can tell when you see devices like this. Aesthetically, its the best looking phone I've ever seen on this green planet.
Just two caveats though.. The first is the GPU and the second is the non replaceable battery. SGX540 is a bit old and was last seen in the original Galaxy S. But in Motorola's defense the GPU even with its age is still very competitive even when compared to something like Adreno 220 or even Exynos/Mali (especially Adreno though)
Believe it or not.. the fact that the TI chipset is Cortex A9 Dual core would probably make it perform much better than you would naturally think making it instantly marketable.
I've personally never liked the iPhone like non replaceable battery thing because frankly, its stupid.
But I would let it slide in this case because the phone is so damn thin.. You could probably manually replace it with some research and some guts but its just a real hassle. But I guess by the time you're ready to change the battery, It'll be time for a new phone anyway.
Nvidia Quadcore devices will be out next year so probably sooner than you think...

I cant wait to see the power usage of tge screen. This is going to push lcd manufacturers to go even lower to save battery.

So I guess RAZR's screen is made by Samsung ? If that's so, then I'm pretty sure that it has a pentile one at this resolution.

Q1 or Q2??? Moto would be crazy to wait until April-June to put ICS on this. If this had a timetable for ICS such as "By the end of Jan 2012" I would consider this. As it is, to possibly wait until Summer 2012 means that this phone is completely off the menu.
