Samsung G800 and F700 on stage
After we recently showed you Samsung Serenata and Armani phone now it's turn for another couple of Samsung phones to go live and public - the 5-megapixel Samsung F700 and Samsung G800...

at last, samsung did something to capture my attention. F700 looks promising with its feature. and i heard G800 performs well during the comparison between n95.

Terri... the G800 is coming to o2. The F700 I believe is a Vodafone exclusive for the moment...

On the Vodafone version which was annouced two weeks ago, the specs state that the F700 has a 3 mega pixel camera. Looks like its going to be the LG Viewty for me!

Come on people, Samsung needs to address their horrible battery life problem before releasing new handsets. I have been burned before, never again. Shame on you Samsung.

In the back of the _F700_ is written 3.0. Since F700 doesn't have optical zoom, what else can it be? It has been noticed before so it ain't news.
This pic shows the old prototype version from march 07 that had 5mpix cam module:

Just compare that pic to the new ones and you see that the cam part looks different. The new one is flat as the old one bulges a bit.

Another awesome phone form sammy.... well where on earth can u get a phone with 5 megepixel- with 3X zoom for a Mobile phone! TELL me Its Just awesome!

Don't think it's 3 mega but 5 mega pixels, what you saw is the 3 x optical zoom , not pixels

by the way F700 comes with a 3 mpixel cam, not 5. It was introduces months ago that it would have 5 mpix but you can clearly see 3.0 written on it in pic that shows the backside of the phone.
