Apple had it coming, I think this makes it fair since apple is using androids open source to attack these companies.
This is what happens when apple uses other peoples patents and pretends that it was re invented.

Apple doesnt stand a chance againts samsung. Samsung is much much older than apple in preety much everything . It holds more patents , and the patents that it doesnt own are held by motorola.

Anyway you look at it things wont end preety for apple . Sure they may have won a few battles by manipulating judges and evidence but in the long runn no small vendor can compare to super giant companies.

The build quality of apple's phones is proof that its crap.Sure samsung and htc and motorola use plastic . But its the best f-ing plastic money can buy. Cant be sayd the same for apple's window glass.

oh and just so you are all aware, a few months back the CEO of samsung asked apple to find a mutual agreement and stop all the patent crap. Apple ofcourse declined.

apple asked for this and I hope it hurts them

And both are stubborn. I always dislike Samsung phone, they did much effort on high tier phones but their cheaper phones are complete unworthy garbage. Nokia and SE are the whole different level when making low-mid phones.

Also the materials used are inovative in the phone business and the technologies used. Now if only motorola would update theyre phones acordingly we would trully learn to apreciate the moto brand.

apple should've expected this, when they start suing everyone around.

not only freaking asian companies like samsung, htc...apple betrayed its own american companies by suing motorola, amazon and so on.

yes, apple deserves some pain here. playing dirty doesn't worth it and apple should realizes it. it was nokia which won the lawsuit against apple. Now it's sammy. Tomorrow it's gonna be htc(via).
