Considering there is still absolutely no flash support whatsoever for ICS, in addition to a variety of other OS bugs and glitches, I would rather wait for ICS to be a little bit more polished before I use it as my day-to-day operating system. I'm actually very happy to hear it will have Gingerbread at first.

I fear for battery back up. LG boast of brightest display in OB but the battery was a disaster. If they are giving such hardware, the battery shoud have able to afford the back up also.
Now before killing this bug they are going for extra mile. And so I fear for many hardware & software defect. I can't be always optimistic with the experience i have. But I pray for bright future of LG being an owner of a LG device.

hhahahah this thing ships with 2.3 gingerbread. gawwd ! i bet it will receive ice cream sandwich about 2015....ooooops that could be too late if the world end in dec '12. lol.. the manufacturer that plans on upgrading after everyone's gone :))) everyone's moved to another higher dimension and stuff :D
