Damn the white Nokia N9 looks good. I just bought a black Nokia N9 yesterday; would have gotten the white one if it was available in my region.

The Lumia 800 is selling well NOT in entire European countries but in the Netherlands.
Why is it selling well? It's because carrier KPN is giving them away for free with a heavily discounted monthly plan.
They are doing something similar to what Best Buy did with the HP Touchpad. KPN is basically holding a firesale of the Lumia 800 and that is not a victory. It's a disaster.
If it's really selling well and if the demand is really high then KPN doesn't need to give it away for free and put a heavy discount on the monthly plan.

i like the design, the screen size, and especially the software of n9. other than symbian, the meego software seems like a new milestone as phone software. i think android and iphone will follow this improvenent in the following years. the reason is that meego is just simple to use and control. unlike iphone and android, meego is open to be developed and improved. this is the strategy of nokia to jump up to a new software gradually. i wish nokia a good luck to make new continuous improvements...

> In reply to [deleted post]i suggest u to stop lying about the SGS2 price or atleast make a better comparison...
i just checked and SGS2 is atleast $550....some even sell it for $600. AT&T and sprint sell them for $600 no contract. N9 is $620 in amazon without a contract

lol.. Go play with your butt-ugly gs2 johnny..
The Lumia 800 is selling like crazy in Europe and it's only Nokia's mid tier model. What do you think will happen once they release a 4.3" LTE phone aimed specifically at the US market ? Nokia are purposely holding back their flagship ( the Lumia 900 ) until next year for two reasons : one, they can't release it until MS announces the Tango update and two, they're waiting for Mobile World Congress.
android is history fanboys

630$ for a single cored phone that targets fans and fashion,gs2 costs 400$ and is much more efficient, from cpu nm to os and the screen, still a name,a material and a gesture do not make it worth that much in this time of the market,it is just provocative for a no nokia fan.

> In reply to Fruitcake @ 2011-12-08 21:49 from LhR1 - click to readI'm counting on investors, which most are fed up with Elop, because many have already lost many times
their value of shares in the market after buying it years ago.
It seems every time, when Elop open his mouth, when praising WP7-phones, stocks goes down, cause nobody believes him.
It's very difficult for little investor to prevent MS taking over it.
