I love sony ericsson...Nozomi is first mobile with ~342ppi pixel density display. Xperia Ray has~297,I phone 4S ~330ppi pixel density

Oh and FYI, Nokia had the first touchscreen phone back in 2003. It's the Nokia 7700..

And those have been greatly innovated. also every phone does not look nearly as much a like as you make it seem

You can change the exterior of any phone (visit Asia and see) and you can personalise the UI.
I think it is more the fact that manufactures are building huge size phones that makes them appear impersonal.

So looking like a MS OS phone.
Still looking forward to see what the announcement is. SE have been making good 'phone sized phones'.

Samsung announcements bore me with always yet another oversized phone. Some people seem to be compensating for a lot of spare room in their pants :) (joking)
