hey guys just think about this that why the arc was a huge hit
se have optimized android and the timescape ui in such a way that it is lag free even on single core processors
just read the review of any se 2011 device and gsmarena has commented "As far as general performance is concerned, the Sony Ericsson Xperia *** * does splendidly - no lags, no freezes, no problems whatsoever"
they do not look for raw power they just provide a great user experience
and talking about quad cored devices
apps for quad core devices will take months to come as they have to optimized or they wuldnt run well
and one more thing
se have given the same hardware throughout the range not talking about the screen
whereas samsung, lg and htc's mid range droids are stuck at 600 and 800 mhz processors and a run of a mill lcd display , se are offering 1 ghz processor with silky smooth performance and a reality display which is one of the best lcd displays (exception : live with walkman)

"...positioning the Nozomi just below the best in class, aiming to fill the niche right underneath the flagships of Samsung, HTC, Apple etc."

But the pricing(unsubsidized) is an entirely different story. I just balked at how SE priced their phones particularly in our country. :-(

I dont understand what people are saying about the phones spec, as to date if this phone is released tomorrow it would be the highest spec smart phone out ther. What i think people are saying is in future better phones are gonna come out but thats true of all technology, for the here and now this phone has all you'll need and more (hope the memory is more then 8gb, 16+ is what needed considering the camera), just wished the design was better but still the a very good looking phone, I wonder what meterial the phone is made out plastic or metal

Guys, it's show only 1 processor, but it may be deactivated due test proposes. C'mon, what do you guys want? Penta-core? 40 Gb of RAM? 1 Tb of storage? 94873587 of Mp on câmera? 1280*1800 on screen? You guys have to understand that SE uses another marketing strategy. They don't want to produce a phone with the specs i mentioned, they want to make sure the consumer is happy with their phone. Yes, Samsung, HTC, all of them make great phones, but I saw at least 15 phones being announced by Sammy since I started to come here (wich happened by July). SE, had 10 devices for the year.

hd display, 12 megapixel is certainly not _below_ the other manufacturers. These are useful and tangible upgrades, four cores are only marketing, totally useless on a phone.
