Battery fix for Nokia Lumia 800 starts rolling out today - read the full textLast year it was discovered that the Nokia Lumia 800 had battery related issues and Nokia's investigation revealed that they were caused by a software glitched. They promised a fix for early this year and they just delivered on that promise. The update is ready and it starts rolling out today....

Only got the OS update 7.10.8107.79 but no firmware update (still on 7740.11451)... Anybody with the same issue?

This is a firmware-fix and has the version 11150 or 11151 in the end.


I dont understand, i just bought the Mobile and i'm updating it to 7.10.8107.79

Did a restore and update which has worked for 2 days giving up to 30 hours standy, yesterday however it reverted back to a full charge of 12 hours and battery power being eaten up by the hour. Waiting to hear from Nokiafrom Nokia on how to resolve

ive just done the update and it hasnt fixed the battery. it still shows the question mark when battery saver isnt on! why wont it work!

Just so that people know... This is NOT the 8107 update... Just because you have 8107 on your phone doesn't mean your phone has these fixes.

This is a firmware-fix and has the version 11150 or 11151 in the end.

I just did a force update. Seems to fix the battery issue..charging the phone as i type. Will update after heavy usage...

no sunny many users are facing that problem.. nw with the same sim i m able to use d omnia.. witout any issue..
