> In reply to kyuubi @ 2012-01-21 16:30 from msgp - click to readNo, actually the S model doesn't. It's brother the Sony Xperia Ion has support for a 32GB mem card, but not the S. I don't know why they did it this way, but it wasn't a very smooth move. It's a blemish on what otherwise looks like a wonderful first attempt for Sony.

Other retailers like Clove say they will have it in March so it's impossible to me that Play will get it a month earlier. Play better had some real prove behind that claim because if they postpone the date later this would simply be an unfair competition (many people would be attracted by this unbelievable availability date and go to Play for it).

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-01-22 07:16 from IVAc - click to read32GB which is as much as you'd get on a SDHC....not ideal but maybe it's to stop incompatibility with cheap 32GB cards from ebay and customer service issues. 32GB is enough for most and the upper limit atm I think, so...

Can't wait for the Xperia S...this IS the best smartphone at the moment. Samsung Galaxy haters(Not all of the Galaxy owners :)) can hate as much as they want.

sony should also prefer windows phone os(apollo) along with android because windows phone is much better than android.Microsoft is os giant as compared to google which is internet search giant. So anytime microsoft can make best os for smartphones and tablets.agree it

obviously sony is doing this because of the impending MWC, where companies like samsung and htc would be releasing quad core phones. sony is making a strategy move to sell as many as possible before people just say "why should I get a sony with low specs?". very wise move by sony, and a decent phone, unfortunately cutting it a little too close to the release of quad core phones.
