Who in the world that don't have Nokia phone? Well probably still a lot, but the point is these people are in denial stage. Way back in the early 90's there was a trend that cellphone is Nokia. Instead of asking like do you have a cellphone? They ask do you have a Nokia?
This message is posted using my Windows phone and I have Nokia 503 in my pocket as a backup and for navigation.
My iPhone, it is my desk and serves as an alarm clock. It has a good app that I downloaded.

Wow!

Thats roughly 150M units sold every year since they first launched S40 series.

or

1 in every 33 mobile phone user has a Nokia S40 handset (considering 5 billion users worldwide http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-1...065-78.html)

That justifies their market share. Not to forget that we are only talking about S40 platform and nothing else.

Good job nokia !
I have many good memories with S40 phones in the past.
It might be a simple OS, but it works very well.

If I remember correctly, I rarely have any complaint for S40 phone, appart for hardware failure (which is not OS fault).

Congrats Nokia! this is where(low end) your right place to focus further atleast for the sake of poor people live around the world.my advice is,leave the smartphone buisness forever since you failed to catch up the ongoing technology .you should realize that fact

Why people like to have a full touchscreen S40? S40 is for to call and to write SMS and both don't need a full touchscreen.. no a keyboard will be much better for this works.
For more we have the smartphones!
