iv got an xe and live in the UK, surely i should get it sooner? also their is no option to add the sensation xe as your phone if your are downloading htc sense to your laptop can anyone help out?

Sense UI is far superior to Samsung's TouchWiz but it still seems like a downgrade to ICS's vanilla UI.
