Those patent issue should only be made available only in the USA not outside USA. I wonder who invented RECTANGLE screen. Apple product screen should be shaped like an apple, but who is going to buy it? So let's go back to who invented rectangle screen? The first inventor should be paid royalty. Think think think.

The courts are just as guilty as Apple for allowing this farce to continue. If Appple were sent off with a flea in their ear they would not keep trying the competition srifling initatives.

ohoho.. apple was the frst fone with 9.1mm ... all sets banned at this thickness... oh aplle has curved edges.. oh.. patent file to curve edges of al fone.. 300 ppi apple had.. so patent against all hd devices... oh ya... we kept the name of the fruit apple.. so we are gonna ban any company by this name... so if sch rules are there apple name shold be blocked.....

Apple is just like Facebook Mark Zuckerberg (all typical American). Steal the ideas & trademark/patent it before anyone else does.

I hate apple more and more , they just cannot patent hardware parts because 90% of them are patented by other companies . And without motorola iphone would be a SF story ...

"bounce animation", only an evil company like Apple would "patent" simple "bounce animation" or "the rectangular shape", and only Apple would be so evil that they "patent" the ability to press a phone-number in a text and that open the phone-application! Apple are trying to make the world a worse place to live in!

photo bounce patent .... these guys are a joke - who on earth would grant a patent for that ? TIME will run out until we get to write down all this crap ...
