ppl , do not upgrade ur sensation xe to that new os ,, it will ruin ur mobile ,, I did here and it totally dead , there is no enough RAM for the update , it stops working and keep restarting

plz does anyone know why every time I shut down my htc sensation XE then turn it back on, 'android is upgrading' and 'optimizing applications' messages always appear on the screen? it has something to do with the new ICS update? thank u for replying :)

I just got the update on my phone and I am in Malaysia. I use Sygic GPS but after the update it doesnt seem to work, does any know how to trouble shoot this? OR what should I do to get this working? appreciate your assistance.
