my sensation updated with android 4.0.3 ans htc sense 3.6 from india..now the phone feels very smooth although there is no face unlock....

My HTC sensation xe is now upgraded to Android 4 , but it turned my phone to be too too slow. And there are too many bugs, like no widgets and shortcuts. Anyone knows how to fix it.
