Apple can't file a lawsuit against any brand. Nokia has all the patents. If Nokia wants, they can ruin the apple iphone within one hour. And nokia is open for concurrention, so they won't be breaking down iriver..

This device will be way behind the others if it takes a year for it to be released an i bet Apple will make a complaint about this phone if it looks or matches the iphone functions or design,an with the year ahead i am sure this phone will not ba able to challenge or compete with new batch of mobiles being released, the iphone thought they could but Apple didn"t realise you do not buy a mobile on it looks its the functions on it you are bothered about

can't say it's better than iPhone at this time.. however, we could expect much better sound quality from an iRiver... but if it's comming out end 2008, i guess Nokia and SE would have already taken out a more stuffed device...

How the hell can you make that comment "better than the i-phone"? Just stupid when it hasnt even been released or doesnt even function yet, basically the same look and layout, not a chance apple will allow this to happen.
