ICS 4.04 , update released in Pakistan. no causing network issues on Galaxy Nexus. working fine. good work google.
one more feather to the list of failures cap of this phone ..... LOL nexus .... u suk !!
It is possible many complain about network problem with Nexus upgrade 4.0.4 are not Nexus users are trying to cause problem so, find some customers buy other brand name phone. My both Nexus have no problem after upgrade
Please help to roll back from 4.0.4 to 4.0.2. Factory reset does not help.
essa, 06 Apr 2012this mobile is totally failure , i ditch it a week ago and bought the new SONY S, the sony is... morethen why did u buy a sony..u should have bought the iPhone 4s and have the most superuir os that exist (LOL)
AnonD-2000, 07 Apr 2012My Phone was Upgraded few days ago to 4.0.4 and after reading this article I tried pay more at... moreICS is very unstable, and the bugs appear very randomly where some users have no problems at all while other users that have done exactly the same and installed exactly the same, or no apps and games at all, have many or even all bugs! This randomness is a big problem because Google now can simply ignore the problems because not all users have these bugs!
POOR performance
poor Result.............no issue with performar handset
My Phone was Upgraded few days ago to 4.0.4 and after reading this article I tried pay more attention to this issue dropping signal and I totally no problem with my Nexus and it works fine even after over 10 hours sitting and no use the phone. No Problem at all
Please google!!! be more careful for releasing ICS for Galaxy note!!! a stable version should be easy to release for the note as G-Nexus experience is uncovring some irritating issues......Hope to see happy faces for galaxy note users after ICS UG.
its called rooting do it and underclock, i have had the leaked 4.0.4 update since it leaked, no problem with it for me, and i get an average of 15 hours on battery with the standard 18-somthing mah battery
Haven't had this problem with 4.0.4. It seems to be an intermittent problem some have it just as much don't have it judging by the comments
updated just minutes ago. no problems whatsoever. it seems the signal is even better.
I'm fine w/ my GSII as it is. I don't feel like the glitches & bugs of an 'up'grade. Just leave me alone.
I haven't even received the OTA update yet (still on 4.0.2 and yes I know about the ways to get it anyway). I'm guessing they are gonna stop rolling out 4.0.4 now and I have to wait even longer for an update..
Running ICS 4.0.3 for the last few months (4-5) on nexus S. The phone came with 2.3.5 and later received this update. Never had a problem with reception. Some times screen rotations (animations) go sluggish if there are lot of applications opened and not closed properly.
Liked the phone very much and bought a second phone (Nexus S) google stopped rolling out ICS to nexus S. I don't want to root the phone. I am just waiting for google to send the update just like it did for my first phone.
this mobile is totally failure , i ditch it a week ago and bought the new SONY S, the sony is far stable than the nexus ,i had this issue before the latest 4.04 the twitter and whatsup apps stay sleep until i wake the phone. in my opinion the IOS. system is far superuir than android.
I had this update a few days ago and have had nothing but problems with my signal and it ain't just when the phone goes into standby just wish they would get it right coz everything else on the phone is great
Happens on its own, without even needing death grip? Lol what's going on Google, and on your flagship device too.
it does lost signal
rolling back to 4.0.2
i dun see big diff anyways :/
thats true samething happened to my nexus as well...
