This is not an achievement for Samsuck. That happened because of Elop's stupid strategy. Nokia ruled the world since 14 years and they will do so.
The buble of Samsuck will explode soon.
Nokia Nokia Nokia , the best of best.. Please change your strategy and fire Elop, but don't forget, they are millions of fans behind you and we will support you till the last day in their lives.
Viva NOKIA.

Samsung has sold 93 M phones and nokia is 85M. But if u consider only smartphones, then the difference will be even bigger.

Great job Samsung.... new SMARTphone king, it's a deserved success; your line of android Galaxy smartphones are super impressive, but it's rather premature to dismiss Nokia's 14-year reign as a fluke. True, the Finnish company stuck too long with an unwanted and lethargic Symbian OS and made some of the most desirable high-end phones frustratingly ruined by outdated and clunky UIs, but not too many companies possess the same panache to, literally, come back from the dead as the famous Finn. Get it clear, Nokia will get its mojo back, but will it be good enough to reclaim it's lost crown? Time will tell

This is life. Nokia has a big climb infront of it. But dont forget, there was a day when no one cold dream of Nokia being knocked off, this is the same for Samsung. They will fall one day too. Just the way it goes, when its hot, its hot. I think the Nokia Windows thing is good because Android is still seen as a little bit too complicated and iOS is very entertaining, Windows is your simple fun, more straight forward but still cool - like Nokia.

Samsung have been doing good, I love their TVs,but their phones are so cheap on the outside, I didnt love my SGS2. Sorry.

> In reply to Tarek @ 2012-04-27 12:55 from xL}F - click to readNokia is Nokia and it will NEVER go for an OS like Android... Its like telling blackberry to use iOS... it's just stupid. And symbian is the father of all smartphones, it started the smartphone industry... I have been using a few android devices, like the Galaxy Spica, Vodafone 845, Galaxy Mini and the next phone im getting in a week is not an android, becouse its overrated... I will buy a Nokia 603, becouse its the most awesome thing for its pricetag..
