> In reply to TheMan @ 2012-05-01 10:09 from fqdc - click to readMan you are disgusting, I trust GSMArena, the galaxy ace can serve well but after a while of usage it becomes unusable and it lags as hell (again unless you are not opening any app in the background) not to mention at launch it was really overpriced (and it stills despite being cheap) it doesn't have ANY feature even it doesnt support flash player (something android fanboys always used to show-off with it) it only have an iPhone-ish design and the word android and thats it (even MANY apps doesn't work on it) so it's an android by name only.

But on an outdated belle powered c6-01 , the game plays very well . Its optimisation that matters. Specs would really matter when there is an option to play android games on symbian, but thats not the case.

The backlash actually caused Microsoft to implement a desktop, meaning a user has the ability to turn off Metro UI on Windows 8.

Developers have to realise that women make up for a lot of mobile phone sales these days.
When a woman, (and I'm NOT being sexist when I say this), wants to make a call she wants to see a small icon with a phone on it. When she wants to send a text message she wants a small icon with an envelope on it.
THAT is why the iphone and the Blackberry phones sell so well.
A woman isn't interested in whether the phone has a single, double, or quad core processor; she doesn't care how much RAM it has. All that matters is how it looks. Strange, but true.
Women are put off by a phone with those big tiles that Windows phones use. Looks play an important part in selling to women; show one an iphone and a Windows phone and ask which one she prefers.

As a former Android user, all LG Android phones were/are ugly! As a Windows Phone user now, all LG Windows Phones were/are just as ugly as their Android siblings! Even if they stop producing Androids, not a big loss... same thing with Windows Phone.

Its not just tiles , its just the homescreen .just swipe beyond it, and everything just flows with no lag. Ya its restricted ,but so is ios.

But what about the PC/notebook/netbook used for home computing? How many of those using linux? Not many. Most people I know are using either pirated windows or OEM windows from note/netbook manufacturers. Even tech geeks I know always has windows (the legal one) paired with linux/macs. So ... Windows is still dominate in term of installation base. That's a sad fact.

windows phone os is good only for nokia . nokia and windows phone os will rocks :-) not samsung htc :( even LG is not successfull in high end android devices :( . let nokia release windows phone worldwide than you all knows what is market share of windows phone os :-)

Slow,Ugly Interface,Buggy OS,Lag,Power Consumer,Made Of Plastic,Ugly Camera,Unsmooth interface,Copy of iOS/Long Dead Symbian Etc.

Nokia and Apple fanboys "reasons" not to choose Android.its more of an EXCUSES than reason.

lg is doing so right by not makig any windows phone devices.
sorry folks windows phone sucks a lot! .xap files only supports up to 225mb file size. how are you going to play games like gta3, infinity blade or real racing in the future on these devices? im not even talking about how wp lacks connectivity or multimedia capabilities. besides, unlocking the device is nothing like jailbreaking the iphone. you wont get near to the freedom that jailbreak gives to iphone with that.
although android sucks too, it is way better than wp. you are free to do it all.
im not even gonna talk about symbian meamo and meego.
i was a complete nokia fan but after this windowsphone thing, im not even gonna pass by a nokia shop. N9 and 808 will be my last nokia phones.

No matter what OS you slap on to LG its garbage regardless..I'm a nokia fan and even if LG had a touch and type symbian belle phone like the Nokia E6 I still wouldn't buy it because their hardware is beyond garbage. I bought 1 LG phone for the first time and it was definitely my last. It was the worst phone experience ever in my life.
