Wow, if Apple thought they had a claim against samsung for copying their designs with the SGSII, then this thing is going to get sued into the ground if it ever appears on the shelves looking like this.

Here comes Apple throwing yet another patent design complaint. I also predict that there will be 2 or 3 new BB phones just like this one.. same design but different specs. but hey impressive OS UI though.

i believe all these apple fan boys either have a vision problem or they have some psychiatric illness . Otherwise i dont understand the reason why every new phone in the market looks like an i phone to them. I had this real doubt when they claimed galaxy s 2 copied i phone . galaxy had 4.2 inch super amloed plus screen , dual core and android inside. In what way it copied i phone only god knows . Now they say this phone is a copy . God please help them with their disease (appleism or iphone syndrome or what ever u call it).

Some of you should not put your mind at the lowest standard. Most of All phone always come with 4shape and curve. Not every 4shape design must be compare with an iphone or other brands. What it inside offer to a user that count a most. Even before 4shape an iphone already a lots of phone came with the same design. So chill out.. ;-) its just a phone at the end of day.
