Don't you just love the slow and steady grind of Google's dominance. Finally people are starting to realise something I have known for about 4 years. Companies like Apple thrive on the stupidity and simplicity of people, how Apple got rich from selling products that are faulty on arrival just goes to show how the masses follow each other blindly.

But innovations change and people lost their interest in a crappy and extremely laggy symbian OS coupled with ugly designs. I used to be a symbian user and I hated how the apps and settings are buried deep down menus and sub menus and just zooming a picture was painfully slowwww.

Nokia is currently migrating from Symbian to Windows Phone. They will do just fine in the future. Their Lumia 900 is exceeded expectation in sales here in the US. Wait until their budget phone Lumia 610 get released world wide. It will be a huge hit. Lumia 610 has no lag whatsoever running on Windows Phone OS that Apple co-found Woz said WP is intuitive and beautiful that Android is no contest comparing to WP.

> In reply to James Hunt @ 2012-05-02 21:50 from 7tx6 - click to readI'm not talking about full qwerty because PC has them before Nokia made communicator
I'm talking about the square mini qwerty in BB
Both designs are completely different
BB 6230 released in 2003 and Nokia E61 in 2005 and you can see Nokia copied BB design 100%.

> In reply to James Hunt @ 2012-05-02 21:22 from 7tx6 - click to readNokia made smartphones since 2003. Others started making actual smartphones since 2006. Nokia's fall began from 2006. Wonder why? N if u do not know anything then dont post anything. Nokia's smartphone share has been below apples since 2010 not Q2 2011. Samsung was in the third place behind nokia for half of 2010. After which it shifted its focus from bada n windows phones to android. Since then samsung's sales have been quadrupling year over year. N it overtook nokia to take the second place behind apple n had 2 quarters of sales Q2 n Q3 more than those of apple's(thanks to s2). Then apple dominated Q4. Now Q1 2012 samsung regains the top smartphone vendor position.

Plus Nokia is the one who copycats others and they use cheap quality the source from Nokia/WP fanboys website
http://wmpoweruser.com/nokia-p...oxconn-also/
They give their orders to Compal and Foxccon to make their phones completely they do nothing and claim to be innovator company!

While Samsung make their own parts and others' parts like Apple and Google..etc and Nokia too.

Nokia copied Blackbery qwerty design "E6 Series" and Apple specs and style in "X6" series and buttonless phone from Android honeycomb "G-Slate" and others tablets, And they use names for their editions OS like Belle and Anna copying Android idea "Gingerbread, Froyo", Nokia used to call their editions with numbers like S60.

We grew watching nokia produce some pure genius products. U gave 3-4 samsungs' innovations ? I think i do nt have much strength to write the list of nokia's innovations. And finally cheers for the most innovative product of 2012 - pureview 808
